EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT HANDLING
2008 to 2011
Incorporated in a research team that focuses on the new process of developing nanocrytalline FeCr for fuel cell application, this research was supported by Advance Materials and Manufacturing Center (AMMC) Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) Indonesia, and Advance Material Research Center (AMREC) SIRIM Berhad-Malaysia.
2012
In August 2012, I was assigned to handle the project that related to reduce the shrinkage value & Increase the efficiency on Fluorescent Lamp Manufacturing process in PT. Osram Indonesia using an integrated approach of TPM, RCM & Six Sigma programs. After 1 month, the result shows that the programs were succeeded to reduce the shrinkage value from 25% to below 10% & the efficiency was increased from 70% to 92%.
2012 to 2013
In October 2012 to January 2013, I was assigned to handle the project that related to improve the circular fluorescent lamp manufacturing process. The project focuses on the optimization of mercury dispensing system to release the mercury vapor inside the glass tube on the manufacturing process of circular fluorescent lamp. This project was supported by PT. Osram Indonesia and OSRAM SYLVANIA's worldwide research center. This project was successfully to release the mercury vapor into glass tube of circular fluorescent lamp less than 8 milligram and also improving the lamp performance and operational lifetime, safe working conditions and a sound, environment friendly approach due to the problem of mercury pollution.

RESEARCH AND TRAINING

Research
In 2008-2010, I was conducting research related to development of nanocrystalline Fe-Cr alloys by using powder metallurgy technique combined with ultrasonic technique and followed by hot compaction process. The research was continued to evaluate the effect of nanocrystalline structure of the alloy implanted with lanthanum and titanium dopant during exposure at high temperature application. This research was supported by Advance Materials  and Manufacturing Center (AMMC) Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) Indonesia, and Advance Material Research Center (AMREC) SIRIM Berhad-Malaysia.

PERSONAL SKILLS
  • Extensive knowledge of the detailed technical analysis by using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). “Surface analyses, chemical analysis and imaging on a variety of materials are performed using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The Scanning Electron Microscope is equipped with an Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). SEM/EDS provide chemical analysis of the field of view or spot analyses of minute particles. More than 90 elements can be detected with our low-atomic number detector using the SEM/EDS method. This micro-chemical analysis is also a non-destructive test”.
  • Extensive knowledge of the detailed technical analysis by using X-Ray Diffraction Analysis (XRD). “X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) is one of the most powerful techniques for qualitative and quantitative analysis of crystalline compounds. The technique provides information that cannot be obtained any other way. The information obtained includes types and nature of crystalline phase’s present, structural make-up of phases, degree of crystallinity, and amount of amorphous content, micro strain & size and orientation of crystallites”.
  • Proficient to applying Lean-Six Sigma analysis for Mechanical Engineering & Industrial applications
  • Proficient to applying RCM, TPM and FMEA analysis for Mechanical Engineering & Industrial applications
  • Proficient to applying ASME, API, ASTM and ISO standard for Mechanical engineering and Industrial applications
  • Proficient to applying ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18001 for Management & Industrial applications
  • Proficient to operate Lathe and Milling machine
  • Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS and AUTO CAD
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
  • Chairman of the association of Mechanical Engineering students of Mercu Buana University (2003-2004)
  • President of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Mercu Buana University (2004-2005)
